Barkletic is operated by D.A. DOG ATHLETICA LTD., a Canadian corporation based in Vancouver, BC. We sell premium, vet-formulated dog supplements to customers in the U.S. and Canada.

6. Subscribe & Save
If you enroll in our Subscribe & Save program, your subscription will be managed by the platform through which you made your purchase. Amazon manages all aspects of its Subscribe & Save program, including billing, shipping, and schedule adjustments. For subscriptions made through our website at barkletic.com, your recurring orders are securely processed via Shopify and our subscription provider, with full control over your delivery schedule, billing, and cancellation available at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at howl@barkletic.com.

7. Refunds & Returns
Amazon purchases are subject to Amazon's return policy. For barkletic.com purchases, we offer refunds on unopened products within 30 days. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, REACH OUT TO US AT: howl@barkletic.com AND WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT.

8. Product Use and Disclaimer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your veterinarian before making changes to your dog’s routine. Individual results may vary.
